Crochet Lace
Each piece is handmade on my narrowboat home in the Midlands of England.  I gain much of my inspiration from the beautiful nets traditionally used as porthole covers which I see as we travel about on the canals, so I do not claim originality for any of them!   They look beautiful in any setting, as a table decoration or even as a wall or window hanging, as well as being ideal for porthole covers.

The original working narrowboats were travelling homes to the people who worked on them and to brighten their tiny living cabins the womenfolk would make crochet trimmings for every possible use. Most patterns for crochet doilies and garments are still in copyright so I am unable to produce 'stock' items. However if you have purchased a pattern that you would like making up then please contact me to discuss the possibilities.

The Cabin crochet however is now generally 'public domain' so I have a selection of designs to hand, please click on the link below to see some examples.
