Your stay with us may be reserved by telephone, letter or e-mail.

Your booking will be held for one week from the date of your reservation pending receipt of your deposit payment - £50.00.

Cheques should be made payable to "C Phillips" and sent to our address at the bottom of this page.

Your final balance will be due in full 6 weeks before your arrival date.

All payments will be acknowledged by letter and further details sent along with a receipt.

Guests can telephone one week before their arrival date in order to make final arrangements for their time of arrival and arrangements for collecting your key.

Normal arrival time is 2 p.m. and departure time is 10 a.m.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, hand soap and fuel are all included in the hire fee.

Parking is free but we remind you that vehicles and contents are left entirely at your risk.

In line with current legislation ad for the comfort of all of our guests this property is strictly No Smoking.

As we are a working farm we do not accept any pets.
